We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit card, Zelle, Wire/ACH transfer, cash, and certified checks. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. For services not covered by insurance, clients are responsible for the full cost of care. We are committed to working with you to ensure a seamless and stress-free financial experience.

Our pricing is tailored to reflect the specific level of care required at each stage of a client's health journey. Prices may be adjusted based on the evolving needs of the client, including changes in the frequency of visits, the complexity of medical procedures, or the addition of specialized services. These adjustments are always made in full consultation with the client and their family to ensure complete understanding and consent. Our team of professionals will conduct regular assessments to accurately determine the level of care and corresponding costs, ensuring that you only pay for the services you need, when you need them.

To alleviate this burden, Metro Health Services offers financing support and flexible payment plans for clients who require them. Our financial team is dedicated to assisting you in exploring various options to make our services more accessible. We are also in the process of integrating with major health insurance providers and will soon be accepting health insurance for a more streamlined billing experience.
